1st October 2021 marks a historic day as we usher in the commencement of business as Yantra India Limited under the aegis of Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production. When it is challenging time for all of us, it is also a time to rise and shine. It is a time for collaboration, co-operation and creation. We have several milestones to achieve and innumerable heights to scale. I am confident that under General Manager's leadership, factory will not only achieve its goals in Defence production in India and overseas, but also explore and traverse, diverse horizons in manufacturing sectors.

        At this juncture, we must focus on reducing costs, improving quality, ensuring customer connect and implement strategic pricing of products.

        In addition to diversify our product portfolio and scale new heights, it is imperative to enhance our capabilities in Research and Development. All of these endeavours can be successfully achieved by effective worker’s participation and creating work culture based on trust, transparency and consensus in decision making. As a team leader there is urgent need to emphasize the importance “Tangible Output” of the team members.
