The venue (Yalahanka Air Force Station Benglauru) is 20 Kms from the Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru.

a. Business visitors are requested to register online and obtain a valid entry ticket.
b. The participant would be required to show the photo Identity card along with the valid entry ticket for entry at the venue.
c. Passport is compulsory in case of Foreign Participants/Visitors

Media will have to submit their media accreditation application online through the Aero India website. Please note that all accreditation media applications are subject to approval.

Exhibitor will receive 3 badges for every 12 sq meter of hired space subject to maximum of 50 exhibitor passes.
Exhibitors will be required to register details of the persons along with their photographs and passport details after logging in the Aero India website. Be sure to enter accurate information to avoid long wait times at the venue.

One representative can pick up all badges on behalf of an exhibitor by providing his identity proof at the registration counters at venue. However each participant should carry their valid identity proof for entry into the exhibition area.

Parking passes can be requested through your Aero India Exhibitor log in.

Possession of Space – Possession to exhibitors taking raw stand space will be given after 10.00 a.m. on 04th Feb 2019. For exhibitors under shell scheme possession will be given after 10.00 a.m. on 12th Feb 2019. For chalet bookings / Outdoor display area, the same will be handed over to the exhibitor for activities after 1000 hrs on 04th Feb 2019. The handing over of possession will be subject to final payment of participation charges, catalogue entry fee, electricity and water charges, etc. to DEO.
Vacation of Space –Stands will have to be vacated under shell scheme and raw space latest by 1700 hrs on 27th Feb 2019.
The site will close on 28th Feb 2018.

List of the official service providers and their contact details will be provided on the Aero India website in due course.

Exhibitors can park in at scheduled parking spaces. Parking passes can be requested through your Exhibitor log in.

Contractors should take necessary safety measures and precautions towards safety of their workmen/personnel during the build up period, show period and dismantling period.

You will be able order passes for you contractor and vehicle passes through Exhibitor log in.
However contractor passes will be not be valid during the show i.e. between 20th to 24th February 2019

Official Opening Ceremony is expected to takes place at the Aero India venue on 20th February 2019. Time will confirmed in due course.

All exhibitors are expected to dress formally in a suit/national dress/service uniform or any other appropriate wear.

Official Catalogues will be provided at each exhibitor’s stand on first day of the show.

The organizer’s office is located on the venue. Exact details will be shared in due course.

Conference room should be booked online on the Aero India website through exhibitor log in.

A flying display programme will be published for each day at the show and will be available at information points through the show site and via the Aero India website.
Please note that the Organiser reserves the right to alter or cancel the aerobatic flying displays for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to bad weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, the Airshow site will be noisy during the flying displays. We advise that people sensitive to noise take adequate precautions during the flying display.

The Static Aircraft Display Area is situated along the run-way.

The aircrafts on display will be published on the Aero India website.

There will be multiple restaurants serving different types of fast food and Indian food at the exhibition site. No caterers other than the Official Caterers will be allowed to operate inside the venue.

Overall surveillance of the exhibition site is provided by the organizer. Equipment displayed on the booth is the responsibility of the exhibitor during day and night. Exhibitors should take all appropriate measures to protect against damage and theft.

Registration Charges - INR 30,000 or US$ 500 (nonrefundable) once participation is confirmed the same would be adjusted in their participation charges

For media Partner fees : INR 10,00,000 + applicable taxes is approved

One time registration fee - INR 100000 + applicable tax (nonrefundable) for non-official fabricators who do business in exhibition have to pay royalty.

The payment schedule for space booking is as follows :
(i) 25% to be paid within 10 days of online booking of the stall.
(ii) Balance75%to be paid by 20th December 2018.

Without prejudice to the rights and remedies available under this contract and in the event of DEO agreeing to any Exhibitor’s written request for release from the contract, then the Exhibitor will be liable for all or any part of the cost as stated in the contract and shall be on the following scale: -
(i) Cancellation prior to 60 days of the date of the show, then it shall be 25% of cost.
(ii) Cancellation between 60 days to 30 days prior to the date of the show, then it shall be 50% of cost.
(iii) Cancellation less than 30 days of the date of the show then it shall be charged at full cost.
These terms cannot be varied under any circumstances.

Each exhibitor will be entitled free catalogue entry (excluding LOGO) upto 150 words. For additional entry upto 300 words without logo, an amount of Rs 500 / US$ 15 will be charged. Exhibitors who wish listing more than 150 to 300 words including full colour LOGO will be required to pay Rs 2000 or US$ 50 for catalogue entry.

Shell-space (Standard) will include three sides partition, fascia name, floor covering, five lights, one 5/15 AMP socket, one trash bin, table and three chairs in 12 sq. meters.
Shell-space (upgraded) will include three sides partition, fascia name, floor covering, six lights, one 5/15 AMP socket, one trash bin, table with three chairs and carpeting.

Charges for Air Display visitors (Post 1400 hr on 20th and 21st Feb and 10 AM - 5 PM all other days) are INR 600/ day for Indian visitors and USD 25 /day for Foreign visitors
Free entry for children below 5 years.
Note : There would be no Air Display on forenoon of 20th and 21th Feb 2019 for visitors.
ADVA Visitors will to be allowed to visit both DRONE in morning and Flying display in After noon with the same ticket.
