Aero India 2021

03 - 05 February 2021

Air Force Station, Yelahanka, Bengaluru

Aero India Webinar Series

India's maritime mindset has changed from a territorial to a non-territorial conception of the sea. The evolving geopolitics of the Indian Ocean and India's aspirations have seen India taking deeper interest in the Indian Ocean Region.
The US policy of Rebalance to Asia has been providing geopolitical opportunity as well as challenges. China's attempts to penetrate into the Indian Ocean through its influence in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Myanmar and other nations, as also its One Belt One Road (OBOR) or Maritime Silk Route (MSR) initiatives, pose real- time maritime security challenges for India and the region.

The Centre For Joint Warfare Studies in collaboration with Army Design Bureau and Indian Military Review

invites you to participate in a Webinar on 'Changing Dyanimics of the Indian Ocean Region' on Friday 18 December 2020, 0900 - 1150 hrs IST On Webex platform
